| 中文摘要 | This work presents a performance management and evaluation tool for periodically monitoring progress and detecting problems of 2008 Olympic projects' construction. A tool, used by the program manager, was developed by using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Earned Value methodology as well as the concept of project life-cycle. Five sub-tools, with module of analysis and evaluation, were developed respectively for each of the following objectives: Safety, Quality, Time, Cost and Functionality. With pilot-study on four projects, this tool was found to be able to get useful information and objectively describe the construction performance of those projects, thus playing an important role in aiding the program manager to manage, monitor and coordinate the construction of Olympic projects. |
