中文摘要	According to the demand of intelligent transportation systems and transportation informationizations of most cities in China, the necessity of the decision support platform for transportation management is expressed. And then the design and realization approach based on components is proposed. The platform can offer operating environment, information support and decision support for traffic management. Finally, some typical business in traffic management is analyzed and the realization process is given.
