中文摘要	As key industry of national economy and basic industry to realizing industrialization, Iron and steel industry is characterized with intensive technology, capital, resources and energy. The purpose of studying industrial innovation system(IIS) for China's iron and steel industry is to make IIS helpful for the development of China's iron and steel industry transferring from tacit to explicit, from spontaneous to self-conscious, and to make the management of China's iron and steel industry much more scientific and healthier. The paper advances the conception of IIS for China's Iron and Steel Industry (IISCISI) and constructs its related structural model. IISCISI includes industrial policy innovation system, industrial technology innovation system, industrial environment innovation system, and industrial evaluation innovation system. The purpose of studying IISCISI is to wholly give advices to upgrade the competitive capability of China's Iron and Steel Industry, and to lay firm foundation for implementing our globalization strategy based on innovation.
