中文摘要 | The hot topic in the Chinese government and the enterprises during the recent years are how the independent innovation of China goes on and how Chinese corporations gain the competitive advantages through the independent innovation. They are also the most popular questions of discussion in the management field. Meanwhile, "strategy and structure" has a special significance to Chinese corporations. Acquisition and merging, strategy conformity, reform and re-listed, oversea expansion have become the most frequently thinking problems of Chinese entrepreneurs. According to the resource-based theory model "resource - strategy - performance ", this article is discussing the independent innovation of China from the resource-based theory, giving the idea of "the resource-based model including the Organizational structure factor". Based on this model, through the contrast in the "strategy", "Organizational structure", and "innovation consequence" of component innovation & architectural innovation, the author found an efficient way of the Chinese corporation independent innovation - architectural innovation model, and discussed the problems related to strategy, Organizational structure, Organizational Resources and capacity, etc. How to reach technology innovation? The development of the VCD industry in China has given us an answer of the Chinese special way to architectural innovation. In the text, with analyzing the Chinese VCD industry case and its experience, we can know that if Chinese corporations want to gain the competitive advantages, they should improve their management and get the core technology through technology innovation, and the architectural innovation is one of the most efficient ways. When practicing the architectural innovation strategy, which mainly led by the efficiency of market rules and independent innovation, Chinese corporations have to emphasize more on organization studies in order to accumulate their own knowledge, cultivate new abilities, and get as well as use strategic sources effectively and rationally. Enhancing the ability of system integrating and source conforming with advancing the ability of organizational capability, especially in a conventional organization system which is comparatively complicated and formal, would help the transition and reformation to an enterprise with component innovating ability, and walk up to the top of industrial value chain. |
