中文摘要	With the development of the internationalization of Chinese enterprises, more and more Chinese MNCs occur in the global market, and face challenge and competition from giant foreign counterparts. Therefore, the knowledge transfer strategy is crucial to the establishment of sustainable competitive advantage and the global market position. Furthermore, the knowledge quality assurance mechanism plays ' a critical role to the knowledge transfer strategy. However, few theoretical and empirical researches focus on it. According to the literature review, the author points out the limitation of the past researches on MNCs knowledge transfer, and the future research directions. The author also establishes a model on knowledge quality assurance mechanism of MNCs knowledge transfer strategy, and draws out related hypotheses concerning the model, in or-der to conduct further empirical study.; Sichuan Univ
