中文摘要	Among the large amount of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) literatures, only very few mentioned social capital, although the two constructs may have a lot of overlaps and social capital can be a critical method of explaining how OCB might contribute to enhance organizational functioning (Bolino, Tumley, & Bloodgood, 2002). Besides, much of the OCB literature is focused on intra-organizational settings. Based on network theory, we apply the concept of citizenship behavior to small enterprises (entrepreneurs) involved in creating supply chains, and put the concept into an international/multicultural framework, thus extend the concept of OCB to inter-organizational settings (i.e., I-OCB). We tentatively tested the extended concept with field research and case study of exporting entrepreneurs in China. New understanding of entrepreneurial environment can be inferred from our research.
