中文摘要The paper analyzed and considered the different choices of electricity generating-systems under the background of electricity deficiency in recent years and so many viewpoints about developing what kind of systems existing. The comprehensive comparison contained 5 aspects, i.e. cost, resource available, capacity, pollution and climate change. For each aspect, alternative choices, such as coal.-fired, natural gas, wind, nuclear and solar power station were assessed respectively. Finally, a radar chart from the judgment result was made to show the comparative strength and weakness of each choice qualitatively. The conclusion shows that the thermal plants can solve the current problem, but nuclear and hydro are the best choices for long run plan and sustainable development. The paper. can give a direction and integrated assessment for the construction of new power plants and policy making of electric power industry.
