中文摘要Wind power generation becomes more and more important in today's world with the need of economic development and environment protection. Wind power generator units are getting bigger in size and more powerful in capacity, with the components experiencing even more severe aerodynamic and dynamic loads as well as variations of the ambient temperature. Thus wind power generators have to be strong enough to resist fatigue. Hub is one of the important wind turbine components, whose structure and loading conditions are quite complicated and whose proper design is critical for safe operation of the entire wind power unit. In this work a hub of a 1.5MW wind power generator is designed without any precedent for reference. The hub's geometrical dimensions are determined and its stresses are analyzed with help of the finite element analysis code ANSYS. The loads on the hub are estimated according to basic theories and empirical formulae. Iterations lead to a completed hub structure with acceptable stress and deformation level for practical uses.
