| 中文摘要 | For most optical sensors, the accuracy of the optical axis alignment is important to the quality of output signals. However, the measuring accuracy of many traditional alignment methods is low. And the image processing is wildly used with its high efficiency and precision. In this paper, a new application of image processing to optical axis alignment is given. The structure of the alignment system and the comparison before and after the adjustment are also given. And the experimental results show the feasibility and validity. |
