中文摘要The difficulties of inventory control under supply chain environment due to the functional, inherent and behavioral related underlying factors. This paper discusses the systematic solution to supply chain inventory control (SCIC) issues, and provide an efficient method to support the decision-making in solution planning and optimization of its policies and parameters. The systematic solution suggests an integrated three-level countermeasure scheme design and a systematic supporting methods consisting of Petri net modeling, simulation analysis, and Game analysis. While a Set-token Petri net (StokPN) is defined by extensions on the token, semantics and rules based on classical Petri net to overcome the difficulties in SCIS modeling and analysis, especially for manufacturing SCISs. AutoMod is adopted as a simulation analysis tool for StokPN. An application of this integrated scheme design and StokPN method to a practical SCIS with three-tier four-node structure and more than 100 varieties of inventory items is conducted, in which the current scheme is evaluated, and a satisfactory integrated three-level scheme is designed with its policies and parameters optimized by StokPN method. The effect on the performance of the supply chain inventory control is notable.
