中文摘要 | The main influence of e-commerce is consumer trust. Certification and payment are believed two factors that could benefit consumer trust in e-commerce. This study attempts to investigate the influences of consumer trust in certification and payment in e-commerce. An experiment was design to test the trust of certification and payment in e-commerce website. Sixty participants voluntarily took part in the experiment. Their tasks were to buy five products and pay online in a simulative e-commerce website and then filled up the questionnaire of satisfaction, reputation, risk taking, trustworthiness and purchase intention in the website. The results indicated that International certification was associated with trustworthiness higher level than local certification in e-commerce website. For e-commerce website, based on the findings of this study, it is recommended that using international elements to influence the consumer cognitive of website to improve e-commerce trust.
