中文摘要Suggestions are presented that China should make a great effort to promote renewable energy development. But some renewable energy technologies are still very expensive. great development of these technologies will depend on subsidy. Will renewable energy subsidy dilute CDM resource? Is renewable energy subsidy policy relevant in the context that China may have to accept a CO2 emission cap in the future? The target of this paper is to analyze on the interaction of renewable energy policy and CO2 control strategy based on a case study in Fujian province. It is concluded that coordination is required between renewable energy policy and CO2 control policy in China. To make a coherent renewable energy and CO2 control strategy careful design is required.
