| 中文摘要 | With more and more frequent technological innovations, the importance of technological SMEs (short for small and medium enterprises) is ever rising. The technological SMEs are playing a increasingly weighty role in economic development. The primary goal of this article is to probe the characteristics and rules in the development of SMEs so as to provide basis for the governmental policy aiming at SMEs development supporting. The article was divided into five parts. Part 1 has been devoted to introduction and part 2, part3 and part 4 to the technological, economic, stage and innovative characteristics of SMEs respectively. The author then has arrived the conclusion that Technological SMEs are active and contributive in the economic development and show advantages over traditional industries in terms of managerial efficiency, operation mechanism and products. And technological SMEs are distinctive in different developing stages and have strong desire for technological innovations, both showing clear direction for governmental policy making. |
