中文摘要	Based on the conception and developing status of university science and technology parks in inner and outer regionals, it discusses the developing survey of capital university science and technology parks, and points out some problems. Then it gives the capital regional innovation system a meaning, analyzes the function-orientation, and discusses the effect of the parks in capital regional innovation system. Finally, it brings forward some suggestions of promoting university science and technology parks' process.
