中文摘要In this paper, Sr-doped BaTiO/sub 3/ based X7R ceramic was prepared. This material has dielectric constant of about 2000, temperature coefficients of capacitance (TCC) at 125 degrees C of 11%, insulation resistivity of 12*10/sup 12/ Omega middot cm and grain size of 350 nm. The effects of Sr doping on the dielectric properties of the ceramics were also investigated. With the increase of Sr content the dielectric constant of the ceramics decreases while the insulation resistivity increases almost linearly. While there is no obvious effect on TCC. The decrease of dielectric constant was considered to originate from the shrink of the titanium oxygen octahedral interstice, which weaken the ferroelectricity of the ceramics. That Sr mainly exists near and in the grain boundary was considered to lead to the improvement of IR.
