中文摘要	Business process management systems in use today have been found lacking in supporting business process change, particularly once the process instance has been launched. In this paper, we present a process evolution mechanism aiming at flexible business process for the changes that will be appeared as one or a set of task's time delay. The mechanism illustrates how to detect and handle the process change caused by business environment change, and how the process evolves intelligently through the dynamic interaction between system and human knowledge.
