中文摘要 | A monolithic broadband passive balun using planar-spiral inductor was designed. The transformer has a center frequency of 23 GHz. Simulation results showed that the transformer had a single-port power loss of 8 dB near the center frequency and that its amplitude and phase unbalance between two balanced ports were 1 dB and 5 degrees , respectively, in the frequency range from 20 GHz to 30 GHz. |
