中文摘要This letter introduces two kinds of novel fractal structures called "fractal super tubes" and "fractal super fibers". The fractal dimensions of these fractal structures are estimated and compared. Some interesting ideas and concepts such as the "the growth condition for a fractal structure" and "the growth limit of a fractal set" are presented. Potential applications of these ideas and concepts to biology and biomechanics are predicted. Suggestions of using the fractal super nanofiber as an idealized model to explain some nano-effects and quantum effects occurred in electrospun nanofibers are made.
