中文摘要 | We have studied two-electron states and their entanglements in a two-dimensional double-barrier nanoring under the influence of in-plane electric fields. It is found that the electronic states, the order of the energy levels, and the entanglements are strongly dependent on the ring's structure and fields. The symmetries of the wave functions determine whether crossings or anticrossings of energy levels can occur. It is clearly shown that the entanglements can be designed by choosing the barrier height and the angle between the two barriers and controlled by applying electric fields. It may be helpful for understanding the entanglements of fermions in nanostructures and useful for future solid-state quantum computation. |
