中文摘要 | A two-step approach has been developed for the large-scale synthesis of MSnO3 (M = Ca, Sr and Ba) perovskite materials. Luminescence of Eu3+ ions in these host materials has been investigated. The emission spectra of CaSnO3:Eu3+ and BaSnO3:Eu3+ are dominated by the red D-5(0) --> F-7(2) transition at 614 nm. Whereas, the SrSnO3:Eu3+ has comparable emission intensity in the D-5(0) --> F-7(2) and D-5(0) --> F-7(1) bands. Moreover, luminescence intensity is more favorable in CaSnO3:Eu3+ than in SrSnO3:Eu3+ and in BaSnO3:Eu3+. The results are interpreted in terms of the geometric environment of the Eu3+ lattice and ionic radius compatibility between the Eu3+ and alkaline earth ions (Ca2+, Sr2+ and Ba2+).
