中文摘要In order to minimize the effect of external network modeling for area control center EMS application, measures are taken to isolate estimation error from external state estimation. Only branch flow measurement is used in buffer system of external network and critical measurements on the boundary are selected automatically and used in EMS of area control center. One-pass state estimation is applied in theoretic analysis and isolation effect test with digital simulation for asynchronous sampling between internal and external networks caused by net communication block. It is proved that the effect is obvious. The proposed method has been successfully applied in Shenzhen dispatching center.
