中文摘要The development course of the adopted technology that integrates the advanced applications for control center developed by Tsinghua University with software systems developed by other manufacturers, namely from special propose API to IEC61970-CIM/CIS, is introduced. Taking external network equivalent model and HVDC for example, the extension method of common information model (CIM) is presented, and on-site experiences of applying import/export technology of CIM/XML (extensible markup language), LAN-based component interface specification (CIS) and WAN based CIS to Jiangsu provincial power dispatching center, Jjnhua regional power dispatching center and Guangdong provincial power dispatching center are emphatically presented. On-site applications show that by means of extension of CIM and model unbinding and merging technique, IEC61970 standard already can be applied in actual power dispatching centers, and its openness, correctness and efficiency are satisfied. Therefore, the presented technology becomes the kernel technology for power control center integration.
