中文摘要According to the insufficiency of automatic generation control (AGC) ability of traditional thermal generator, a strategy of control in advance based on ultra-short term load forecasting is presented, with which, thermal generators coordinate with hydroelectric generators with AGC based on area control error (ACE) control, the coordination control of thermal and hydroelectric generators with AGC is realized and AGC ability of thermal generators can be fully utilized. This strategy can not only be used at present, but also can be used in AGC auxiliary service trade after a bit modification. The software based on this strategy has been implemented in Jiangxi provincial EMS platform and been in operation of closed loop. The actual operation shows that this strategy can effectively forecast variation trend of ACE and is useful for guiding modulation in advance of AGC.
