中文摘要Steel tanks with diameters of tens of meters are used to store oil and gas in the petroleum industry. A magnetic flux leakage (MFL) tank floor corrosion scanner was developed to detect corrosion defects in both the upper and lower surfaces of the tank floors to ensure safe operation. This paper introduces the data acquisition and analysis software for the scanner, including the main program structure and the defect quantification algorithms. Inspection of steel plates with standard machined defects indicates that the defect depth quantification error is generally no more than 10%. The system provides accounts defect detection and quantification capabilities, with other features like automatic floors drawing and report generation.
