中文摘要On the basis of similar load point a new algorithm to forecast short-term loads in small area is proposed, besides an expert supporting system based on classification and regression tree (CART) and genetic algorithm (GA) is formed, in which the factors related to loads such as meteorological information, small hydropower plants, workday type and so on can quantitatively considered. The pilot calculation for a small area with lower base load is conducted and the calculation results show that the proposed method is correct and efficient. A software system based on the proposed method will be soon applied in a certain power system.
