中文摘要A double redundancy electrical-mechanical actuator was designed for high-performance and high reliable linear drive servo system. This electrical-mechanical actuator contains two synchronous reluctance with permanent magnet (SR-PM) motors and drive systems, two inverters with intelligent power module (IPM), two control circuit systems with high-performance digital signal processor (DSP) and two linear position sensor systems. Position feedback-based vector control and double redundancy control strategies achieve high reliability and fast response. Dynamic response experiment and error-switching experiments show that the system quickly tracks the reference position in dynamic experiments with both a step reference position and a sinusoidally varying reference position. The system can switch the running mode within the error time in the error switching experiment. Thus the system achieves fast dynamic response and high reliability in high-performance electrical drive systems.
