中文摘要The conventional logic analyzer which is lack of naturalization and expansive, this kind of apparatus can't apply for the universal education and do not fit for synchronization analyse. An instrument of an embedded logic analyzer which using the PXA255 processor and the technology of FPGA can analyze the logic of analog signal is introduced. It has been proven that this instrument is good at neating and has high practicability.
