中文摘要This paper demonstrates a digital imaging based method for the velocity measurement of pneumatically conveyed particles in coal-fired power station. By controlling the exposure time of a CCD camera, blurred images of moving particles are captured. The motion blur parameters are first estimated from the acquired images and then used to establish the relationship between the 2-D motion blurred image and the velocity of moving particles. This method was used to process the motion blurred image of free falling particles. Simulation and experimental results indicate that the proposed method is feasible for particle velocity measurement.
