针对铬盐生产系统风险分析中非定量因素难以量化的问题,采用层次分析法对系统风险进行分析.以系统风险因素框架图为模型,通过双参数比较决定优先权,利用严密的数学公式计算出各因素风险概率,然后由分因素风险概率计算出系统总体风险概率.结果表明：铬渣渗滤液污染土壤及地下水是系统风险的主要影响因子,进而对风险事故提出了合理可行的防范措施.

Analytic hierarchy process is used to analyze the problems involved in the quantification of nonquantifiable factors in the risk analysis of chromium salts production system. The causes of risks on each level are elicited on the basis of the risk framework as its model. The priorities of the elemerits on each level are determined by pairwise comparisons of their importance with respect to a common attribution. Risk value of each level and the global risk value are calculated through rigorous mathematical formula. The result indicate that the soil and groundwater will be contaminated by chromium-containing slag, which is the main polluting fector; then preventive measures of risk accidents are put forward
