英文摘要 | Magnesium alloys are expected to be used as biodegradable bone implant. Unfortunately, they are susceptible to attack inside the human body[1]. A number of surface treatments have been adopted to enhance the corrosion resistance. However, most of these anticorrosion depositions only provide a barrier against corrosive species but reduce the biocompatibility. Phosphate mineral coating with the chemical formula M+M2+(PO4)3-·nH2O have attracted great attention due to their existence of kidney stone in human body[2]. Thus, in this work, Phosphate mineral coating are synthesized using hydrothermal treatment on the surface of WE43 and their corrosion resistance and cytocompatibility are determined systematically. |
