中文摘要      随着现代农业发展速度的加快,农业资源和环境承受的压力也相应加大。由于我国农业种植养殖、农产品加工之间的物质循环、能量流动、信息传递相对较弱,农业-工业共生体系不健全,造成区域环境污染。本文将产业共生等产业生态学理论引入农工共生型循环经济建设研究之中,提出通过构建集农业种植养殖、农产品加工业、副产品综合利用于一体的农工共生型生态产业园,实现工农业复合,以达到“工业带动农业、生产带动环保”的效果,从而提升区域生态效率,最终促进农-工发展、农民增收、农田保育。 本文梳理了农工共生型生态产业园的理论背景,厘清了农工共生型生态产业园概念,对其结构-过程-功能进行了系统辨识,构建了农工共生型生态产业园元素流分析方法框架以及综合评价指标体系,并基于“整体、协调、循环、再生”设计原则,提出了农工共生型生态产业园具体构建方法。以黑龙江新曙光集团为案例,对比分析了农工分离模式与农工共生型生态产业园效益,提出农工共生型生态产业园相关管理对策。 案例分析结果认为,新曙光农工共生型生态产业园具有较高的经济-社会-环境效益。最优模式下,农工共生型生态产业园可创造销售收入119791万元,比农工分离模式增加159.68%;拉动农村就业2866人,比农工分离模式增加311.78%;减少化肥投入10416.06t,削减率达到79.4%;减少农药施用16.48t;利用秸秆14.4万t,综合利用率达到80%;利用鸡粪8万t,综合利用率92%;利用屠宰废水12万t,废水循环利用率达71%。从农工共生型生态产业园磷元素输入来看,农工共生型生态产业园对外部有机肥磷元素需求增加了466.21t,增加率达29%,对化肥磷投入减少2608.81t,削减率为90%;循环利用磷元素792t,使系统总需磷量减少1806.6t,削减率为33%。从系统磷元素输出来看,农工共生产业园可减少流失至水体的磷元素265.5t,削减率为45%;减少流失至农业副产品中的磷元素216t,削减率为38%。 农工共生型生态产业园是产业共生理论在推进农工共生型循环经济进程中的具体应用,通过农工共生型生态产业园的构建,可以在一定程度上减少农业面源污染、提升区域经济收益、拉动农民就业,是未来农工共生型循环经济建设的一种参考模式。
英文摘要      The rapid development of modern agriculture in China develops quickly in recent years, and the pressure on agriculture and environment also increases fast. Agricultural planting &livestock, poultry breeding, agricultural products processing are all important sources of diffused pollution. Relationship between agricultural planting &livestock and poultry breeding and agricultural products processing is very weak, and there is little material, energy and information flows between the two sub-systems. In this paper, the industrial symbiosis theory is introduced into the construction of agro-industrial EIPs, including processes such as agricultural planting, livestock and poultry breeding, agricultural products processing and waste recycling and disposal. Through construction of agro-industrial EIPs, the regional eco-efficiency will be improved, the farmland will be protected, and the goal of “industry promotes agriculture, production promotes environmental protection” will be achieved. Firstly, based on theories including industrial symbiosis and eco-industrial park, the concept of agro-industrial EIP is defined, and its structure, processes and functions are identified. Secondly, the thesis builds a conceptual framework of substance flow analysis, and a multi index method for analysis of agro-industrial EIP. Then the methods to design an agro-industrial EIP are listed bases on principles include “integral, harmonious, recyclable, and renewable”. Thirdly, the social-economic-environmental benefits of the agro-industry separate scenario and agro-industrial EIP are compared, through a case study of New Dawn Company in Heilongjiang province, China. The results show that, the social-economic-environmental benefits of agro-industrial EIP is higher than the separate scenario, characterized by sale revenue 1197.91 million RMB. The agro-industrial EIP can also provide 1366 jobs for the rural employees. Meantime, the fertilizer input and the pesticide input can be separately reduced to 10416.06 ton, and 16.48 tons. 0.11 Million tons of straw, 80 thousand tons of chicken manure can be used in the EIP. From the point of view of phosphorus element (P) inputs and outs, P from Chicken manure increases 466.21 tons, increased by 29%; P from fertilizer decreases by 2608.81 tons. The total P demands of the agro-industrial EIP decreases by 1806.6 tons with 792 tons of P is recycled in the EIP; And the agro-industrial EIP can reduce P losses to water and by-product by 265.5 tons and 216 tons respectively. Agro-industrial EIP is the application of industrial symbiosis and eco-industrial park into agricultural-industrial integrated circular economy, and it will increase regional economic benefits, reduce agricultural nonpoint source pollution, create jobs for local rural community.
