常用鱼药漂白粉和氯杀宁对背角无齿蚌的毒性影响

中文摘要试验以洱海流域的背角无齿蚌为研究对象,确定常用鱼药:漂白粉、氯杀宁对湖泊大型底栖动物背角无齿蚌的毒性影响。试验得出漂白粉作用下,背角无齿蚌24h、48h、72h、96h、120h、144h、168h的半致死率;氯杀宁作用下,背角无齿蚌24h、48h、72h、96h的半致死率;漂白粉有效氯安全浓度95.25~108.86mg/L;氯杀宁有效氯安全浓度3.32~3.55mg/L。通过显微镜观察,漂白粉和氯杀宁的主要作用部位为背角无齿蚌的呼吸系统,在其鳃上可见明显病变。
英文摘要Asian giant mussel, Anodonta woodiana woodiana, is a common and the biggest bivalves in plateau lakes of Yunnan. The purpose of this experiment was to get information about how Anodonta woodiana woodiana be hurt by bleaching powder and trichloroisocyanuric acid powder. To know whether these kind of medication was one of facts making bivalve decline in Erhai. The bivalve in this experimentation was from Erhai drainage basin. During experiment, LC50 of bleaching powder in 24, 48, 72, 96, 120, 144 and 168 hours were get; LC50 of trichloroisocyanuric acid powder in 24, 48, 72 and 96 hours were also get. The safe concentration of Anodonta woodiana woodiana were : the available chlorine of bleaching powder of 95.25 - 108.86 mg/L, the available chlorine of trichloroisocyanuric acid powder of 3.32 -3.55 mg/L. Checking bivalves by microscope, the respiratory system was hurt, especially on lamina.
