英文摘要The development of C-H bond activiation and the typical reaction mechanism is introduced in the first part. The progress of organic small molecule and polymer semiconductors prepared by C-H activation is reviewed. The applicability of C-H activation and the performance of organic semiconductors achieved by C-H activation are discussed in detail.
