中文摘要四倍频紫外激光在惯性约束核聚变(ICF)和高能物理等离子体冕区动力学、自生磁场和丝状喷流结构等物理过程的研究和诊断中十分重要。四倍频激光能量测量技术是进行上述物理过程研究的一个重要的基础环节。本文主要研究了四倍频紫外激光能量测量技术,就其中的关键问题展开了以下研究工作: 1.调研了常用激光能量测量原理以及目前国内外短波长激光能量测量技术的发展现状,阐述了课题研究意义。 2. 阐述了四倍频紫外激光的产生原理并进行理论计算,介绍了四倍频激光与物质相互作用的几种物理模型。 3.针对光热测量原理,提出一种利用SiC材料作为吸收体的测量方案。设计6H-SiC大口径光热型体吸收能量计,利用四倍频紫外激光作为标定光源进行性能测试实验。确定该能量计的基本性能参数,针对测试实验和能量计结构改进进行了分析。 4. 针对光电测量原理,提出了一种利用铁电薄膜作为能量探头材料进行四倍频激光能量的测量方案。对铁电薄膜材料的激光感生电压效应进行理论计算,并对铁电薄膜材料用于四倍频激光能量测量的可行性进行分析讨论。 5.提出一种利用闪烁晶体CsI:TI荧光效应和CCD进行四倍频激光能量测量的方案,设计性能测试实验光路,对该方案的可行性进行理论分析。
英文摘要The forth harmonic generation ultraviolet laser has a great importance in the state diagnosis and research of the plasma kinetics of corona area, the spontaneous magnetic and filamentous jet structure in the inertial confinement fusion (ICF) and high energy physics. The energy measurement of forth harmonic generation ultraviolet laser is an important basic part of these physical processes. This paper mainly studied the laser energy measurement, carried out the following research work on the key issues: 1. The normal laser energy measurement theories and major domestic and foreign short wavelength laser energy measurement research states are investigated to introduce the research significance. 2. Theoretical simulation is done to study the process of forth harmonic generation ultraviolet laser, and physical models of the forth harmonic generation ultraviolet laser -matter interactions are introduced. 3. A measurement of optothermal method with SiC as absorber is put forward. A Heavy caliber optothermal power meter used 6H-SiC is designed for the property measurements experiment with the forth harmonic generation ultraviolet laser as the calibration source. The performance parameters of the power meter are determined and the improvement of the experiment and the structure of the power meter are discussed . 4. A measurement of photoelectric method with ferroelectric films as energy probe material is put forward. Theoretical simulation is done to study the laser induced thermal voltage of ferroelectric films, and the feasibility of forth harmonic generation ultraviolet laser energy measurement is analyzed. 5. A measurement method with CsI:TI and CCD using the fluorescent effect of scintillation crystal is put forward. The property measurements principle diagram is designed and the feasibility of this measurement method is analyzed.
