中文摘要大能量高重复频率激光器的应用,主要包含两个方面,一是在软x射线光刻技术领域,软x射线光刻技术是国际上制作亚微米及深亚微米量级微器件、微结构的关键技术方法之一。而要实现高重复频率软x射线,需要高效高重复频率的激光泵浦源。二是在能源领域,为了使激光聚变作为未来清洁、可持续能源成为可能性,发展高效率、高重复频率与低成本的高能驱动器,也成为当前在激光聚变领域有待解决的技术问题。钕玻璃是目前唯一能够作为大口径,大能量激光的放大介质。然而,在重复频率泵浦中,由于铍玻璃的热导率低,其散热性能差。激光棒上温度的升高会影响其放大能力,其内部的温度梯度会影响激光光束的光学质量,甚至会发生激光增益介质的热破坏。本文针对使用上海光机所自主研制的NAP2耐热冲击型棒状Nd:glass放大器构建的三级重复频率泵浦源进行了热分析研究的一系列工作.
英文摘要Since the soft-x-ray theory has been enlarged, in order to get high efficiency, large energy, short wavelength laser, soft-x-ray lasers either in theory or in the field of experiment have been studied extensively. With the development of its applications, high repetition rate soft-x-ray laser is needed presently. This required to provide a large, repetition energy pump source for the soft-x-ray laser. Nd:glass which we used is made by R&D center for high power,SIOM, is often used as large diameter, high energy laser amplifying medium. However, in the repetition rate pump, because of low thermal conductivity of neodymium glass, its thermal performance is poor. Laser rod temperature will affect its amplification capacity, the internal temperature gradient will affect the optical quality of laser beam, or even occur in the thermal damage of laser gain medium. This thesis mainly focuses on the theoretical and experimental research of the thermal property for repetition pumped Nd:glass rod amplifier
