中文摘要随着激光聚变技术的发展,对用于惯性约束聚变的高功率激光驱动器的光束质量和能量提出了越来越高的要求,元器件数目和光路长度成倍增长,系统结构也随之变得更加复杂,必须采用自动准直系统来完成全系统光路的调整,同时为了确保激光系统的稳定、高效运行,对自动准直系统的性能指标也提出了更加苛刻的要求,尤其是准直的速度和装置模块化程度两方面。 本论文致力于研究如何提高光束自动准直系统的速度和集成化程度,目的是为高功率激光驱动器自动准直系统的设计与优化提供重要依据,主要内容如下: 1. 准直流程优化――首次对包含波面校正的四程放大系统进行数学建模,对于310mm×310mm大口径光束的四程传输模拟,通过采用坐标扩展变换法解决了传统计算中同时需求近、远场高分辨率带来的计算量过大问题。基于此模型,比较了质心法、圆拟合法和纯相位匹配滤波等三种图像处理算法对存在波面差的光束的远场中心的处理精度;分析了波面校正对焦斑位置的影响;提出了四程放大系统准直调整的优化方案。 2. 近远场准直一体化――首次系统地给出了近远场准直一体化装置的系统设计和实验方案,并且系统地阐述了近、远场同时离轴取样的可行性。通过一块位于空间滤波器小孔面附近的透射光栅来实现光束取样,经设计使主激光和照明光的衍射光位于同一方向,在此方向设置取样光路,同时监测光束的近场和远场信息。
英文摘要With the development of laser fusion technology, more and more high request are proposed on beam quality and energy of high power laser driver which is used in inertial confinement fusion (ICF). Number of optical elements and length of the optical path grow rapidly, and system structure becomes more complex too, so optical auto-alignment system must be used. At the same time, more stringent requirements are proposed on auto-alignment system in order to ensure the stability and efficiency of laser system. This paper is devoted to study how to improve speed and integration of optical auto-alignment system. Its purpose is to offer an important basis for design and optimization of auto-alignment system. The main contents are shown as follows: 1. Process optimization of auto-alignment—the model of four-pass amplifier with wavefront correction system is built for the first time. For the beam propagation model of 310mm × 310mm aperture beam, the problem of excessive amount of calculation caused by high resolution in traditional calculation is solved by coordinate transformation method. Using this model, the difference of far-field accuracy among centroid method、circle fitting and phase only filter in beam with wavefront distortion is discussed; what influence wavefront corarection has on focal spot position is analyzed; an important basis for optimization of collimation adjustment programs in four-pass amplifier is provided. 2. Integration of near field and far field alignment—the system design and experimental program of the integration device are given systematically for the first time, and the feasibility of off-axis sampling of near field and far field at the same time is expounded. Beam sampling is achieved by a transmission grating near the spatial filter holes. The diffracted light direction of master laser and illumination light can be same by design, and sampling optical path is set at this direction for monitoring near field and far field beam at the same time.
