中文摘要ICF物理实验不仅要求高功率固体激光装置具备足够高的总体输出能力,还要求其输出光束具有非常好的质量。严重的波前畸变会使光束远场表现为不规则的畸形,影响空间滤波的过孔,破坏光斑分布的均匀性,严重损害光束质量。空间滤波器技术和自适应光学技术是抑制波前畸变和改善光束质量的重要手段,高功率激光驱动器主放大系统在两者共同作用下获得较为理想的输出光束。波前校正引入的共轭像差会影响到调整好的空间滤波器的低通滤波,因而校正的量是受到限制的。本文着眼于空间滤波对波前校正的容限,研究了自适应光学技术和空间滤波器技术的基础理论,建立了周期相位调制的离焦校正波前通过空间滤波器的简化模型,在该模型下分析了校正波前的主光束过孔和滤波传输特性。 在我们的模型下,假定空间滤波器在进行波前校正之前已调整到理想位置,那么对于空间滤波器来说,未校正的波前是理想的,波前校正将引入像差。我们以离焦这一典型模式为例,研究离焦波面与非离焦波面附加正弦相位周期调制时在空间滤波器中的传输影响,从而得到空间滤波的低通滤波对离焦的容限。即可反映波前校正和传输的容限。
英文摘要ICF physics experiments not only require high enough overall output capability for high power solid state laser facility, but also require output good beam quality. The severe wave-front distortion would lead to irregular deformity in the far field, laser beam cutoff due to the pinhole of spatial filter, In addition, that would damage the uniformity of the focal spot, and reduce laser beam quality. Adaptive optics and spatial filtering are two important methods to decrease wave front aberration, and improve beam quality. A more ideal beam will be obtained at the end of laser main amplifier by use of two methods mentioned above. The conjugate aberration introduced by adaptive optics will have important impacts on filtering effect, hence the extent of which is restricted by the spatial filter. In this dissertation, according to the wave front correction tolerance for spatial filter, the corresponding theory of wave-front correction and spatial filtering is studied in detail. A simplified model of defocusing compensated wave-front with phase ripples through a spatial filter is proposed. Based on this model, we studied the propagation properties and filtering for correction wave front. In our model, we assumed the spatial filter is adjusted to an ideal position before wave-front compensation. So the wave front without compensation is considered to be perfect with regard to the spatial filter, while the wave-front correction results in aberration. Taking the defocusing wave-front for example, the filtering characteristics of phase-modulated defocusing wave-front and non-defocusing wave-front are investigated thoroughly. Furthermore, the defocus tolerance of the spatial filter is achieved easily. The results reflect the tolerance of wave-front correction and propagation in high power laser systems.
