中文摘要飞秒激光与物质相互作用过程中的复杂非线性过程已经广泛地应用于飞秒激光高次谐波和飞秒激光微纳加工等领域。特别是近年来,飞秒激光制作三维微流体器件和光流体器件取得重要的进展,使得未来芯片实验室的广泛应用成为可能。通过飞秒激光与物质的非线性作用,在实际中已经得到了一些新型材料,例如黑硅,黑色金属等等。这些新型微米纳米材料具有一些新奇的特性,为现代科学的发展奠定物质基础的同时,也让人类的生活变得更加美好。不管是基于深入地发展科学的需要,还是出于更好造福人类生活的需要,通过飞秒激光与物质相互作用来得到新材料,发现新的物理机制的旅程前路漫漫。尤其是目前一些飞秒激光与物质相互作用的机制尚不清楚。因此,一方面,我们需要不断地通过实验检验飞秒激光微纳尺度下的加工方法与应用,另一方面,更好地理解了飞秒激光微纳尺度下的行为机制,必然能根据实际需要创造出更加有效的全新方法。 随着研究的深入,与飞秒激光相互作用的物质由简单变为复杂。尤其在复杂介质环境中,飞秒激光呈现出了许多新的特性。然而,在复杂的介质环境中,飞秒激光非线性与线性过程交替作用,物理过程非常复杂,这种相对复杂过程的研究是一项全新的挑战。本论文针对飞秒激光与物质相互作用的过程,讨论了飞秒激光在一些复杂介质环境下的微纳加工实现方法,并探索地进行了飞秒激光微纳光学的数值模拟以及液体成丝的实验研究。
英文摘要The complex processes of the interaction of femtosecond laser with materials have been widely applied in many fields, such as high-order harmonic generation, femtosecond laser micro-nanomachining and so on. In recent years, three dimensional microfluidics devices and three dimensional optofluidics devices fabricated by femtosecond laser have attracted a lot of attentions due to promising applications, which make the Lab-on-a-chip popular in the near future. Many novel materials have been obtained by femtosecond laser. Those novel materials, such as black silica, black metal and so on, usually have novel features, which will definitely creat conditions for both optical researches and better life of human beings. No matter what the femtosecond laser technology will bring to us, the journey of discovery of new materials and physical phenomena has no end. Especially, some mechanisms of the interaction of femtosecond laser with materials are still not very clear. On the one hand, we should design new experiments to find more novel materials and develop more fabrication techniques; on the other hand, we should also focus on the micro-nano behaviors of femtosecond laser and try to reveal the nature of the femtosecond phenomena, which will guide us to get more and more useful knowledge and applications according to the need of the society. With the increasing development of femtosecond laser optics, the media which the femtosecond laser interacts with have become more and more complicated. In this way, some new and interesting phenomena have been displayed. However, it is a big challenge to face with so many linear and nolinear processes at the same time in this situation. In order to develop a better understanding of interaction of femtosecond laser with materials, this dissertation has discussed some methods of femtosecond laser micro-nanomachining in complex media, and explained the numerical simulation methods and experimental research results.
