中文摘要光存储技术作为近四十年来信息社会的一种主流存储技术,相比其他存储方式有着成本低廉、存储密度高、容量大、不易损坏、运输方便、使用寿命长等优点,因而在出版发行、影音娱乐、计算机数据存档等方面有着广泛的应用。对光存储测试技术的研究也一直是业界学者关注的重点,其中光盘抖晃特性测试更是主要研究问题。光盘抖晃特性测试主要是衡量光盘读取HF信号的标准度,它常作为评价盘片品质和光盘读取设备性能的重要参数。本文作为新一代红光高清光盘测试系统研究的子课题,深入分析了各种光盘抖晃特性测试方法的原理,提出了分别用硬件和软件实现测试系统的方案,设计出的软件测试系统具有成本低廉、结构简单、使用灵活和扩展性、移植性强等特点。 本论文主要分为两个部分。文章首先说明了光盘的信息存储方式和数据格式,接着详细阐述了各种光盘抖晃特性测试方法的原理及分别利用硬件和软件实现测试系统的基本方案。而后文章深入分析了硬件测试系统和软件测试系统的组成结构,其中硬件测试系统是基于Xilinx公司的Spartan-3型FPGA,并利用PCI Express接口技术来实现的,软件系统的测试过程则是依靠MATLAB强大的数据处理和分析功能来完成。文章分别讨论了硬件系统的仿真情况和误差性能,以及软件系统的实验结果和光盘写策略的调整方案,体现了设计的正确性和有效性。论文的最后部分总结了软件测试系统的优势,以及课题研究中存在的不足和有待改进之处。
英文摘要As a main storage technology of the past forty years, optical storage has a lot of merits due to its pronounced advantage in the application, such as low-cost, high storage density and capacity, not easy to damage and easy transportation, long storage life and so on. Therefore, Optical discs are well used in publication, entertainment and computer data storage in our society. In the optical storage industry, the test of optical disc is a very important aspect, and especially the jitter measurement. Concerned about the HF signal from optical disc, jitter measurement is often used to evaluate the quality of discs and players. In this thesis, methods of jitter measurement of optical disc are reported and two different jitter measurement systems based on hardware and software are introduced. This thesis is part of project of the test research on the Next-generation Versatile Disc. This dissertation is divided into two parts. In the first part, storage structure for digital-form information and data format of optical disc are introduced and the design principles of hardware and software measurement systems are discussed respectively. The hardware measurement system is based on a Xilinx Spartan-3 FPGA and allows data transfer through PCI Express interface. The measurement of jitter in software system is realized by MATLAB and SIMULINK. In the second part, the design of all function modules in hardware and software systems are explained, and then in hardware system the simulation results and measurement errors, and in software system the jitter measurement results of software system are showed respectively. According to the jitter results, an adjustment plan of write strategy is proposed for the disc recording. The performance of software system indicates the correctness and effectiveness of our design. In the end, we summarize the strong points and future improvements of software system and application value of our research.
