中文摘要本文旨在探索一种新型的具有优良中红外透过特性和物化性能的氧卤碲酸盐玻璃系统。通过对氧卤碲酸盐玻璃的制备工艺、物理化学性质和光谱特性的研究,为中红外波段透过的窗口玻璃材料发展提供一定的技术基础。 本论文包括以下五部分:文献综述、实验与理论分析、TeO2-ZnCl2-BaO-NaF玻璃系统的结构及中红外透过特性的研究、TeO2-Nb2O5-YF3玻璃系统的形成区及光谱性质研究、结论。 论文第一部分为文献综述部分,首先综述了红外玻璃的发展和应用,概括了中红外透过玻璃、碲酸盐玻璃的研究进展,并由此引出本论文的研究目的、研究内容和创新点。 论文第二部分是实验与理论分析部分,主要介绍了实验方法、理论分析、样品制备、性质测试等等。 论文的第三部分研究了TeO2-ZnCl2-BaO-NaF玻璃系统的结构及中红外透过特性,制备了一种新型的氧卤碲酸盐玻璃: (80-x)TeO2-15ZnCl2-xBaO-5NaF (x=30,20,10,0, mol%),对玻璃的机械强度、热稳定性、拉曼光谱、紫外吸收光谱、红外透过光谱等特性进行了研究。通过拉曼光谱分析研究了玻璃组分含量的变化对玻璃结构和红外透过性能的影响。结果表明,随着BaO含量的增加,玻璃在红外波段透过率显著增加,并且红外透过截止波长向长波方向移动,本部分对这一实验结果进行了机理性的研究探讨。同时,通过在熔制过程中通入高纯O2,以及引入适量的卤化物有效地除去玻璃中的[OH]基团,使玻璃的红外透过性能得到进一步的提高。这种新型的氧卤碲酸盐玻璃在中红外区域有较高的透过(≥80%), 中红外波段透过截止波长达6.5µm。 论文的第四部分主要对TeO2-Nb2O5-YF3玻璃系统的形成区及光谱性质进行了研究。探明了TeO2-Nb2O5-YF3三元系统的玻璃形成范围,测试了玻璃的密度、折射率、差热 (DTA)、拉曼光谱、红外透过光谱以及紫外吸收光谱,通过光谱分析研究了组分含量的变化对玻璃结构及红外透过特性的影响。实验结果表明,TeO2-Nb2O5-YF3玻璃系统具有优良的成玻璃性能和热稳定性等特性,而且在2.8~3.3µm区域内无明显的[OH]基团吸收,在中红外3~5µm区域具有优良透过性能。 论文的最后一部分为本论文的结论。在结论里,系统地总结了全文所得到的主要实验结论。
英文摘要The purpose of the dissertation is to explore a novel oxyhalide tellurite glasses system with high mid-infrared transmission and good physical and chemical properties. The fabrication technology,physical and chemical properties and spectra properties of oxyhalide tellurite glasses system have been studied,so as to promote the development of window materials of mid-infrared transmission. This disstertation include five sections:Literature summarization,the experimental method and theory analyse,investigation on the properties of structure and mid-infrared transmission in TeO2-ZnCl2-BaO-NaF glass system,formation and properties of glass in ternary TeO2-Nb2O5-YF3 system,conclusion of this disstertation. In the section of literature summarization,firstly the development and application of infrared glasses,the research development of mid-infrared transmission glasses and tellurite glasses are introduced in details. Then the research content ,purpose and innovation are presented. In the second of this disstertation,the experimental method and theory analyse,such as glass preparation,measurement and theory analyse are introduced. Section 3 presents investigation on the properties of structure and mid-infrared transmission in TeO2-ZnCl2-BaO-NaF glass system.A novel kind of oxyhalide tellurite glasses: (80-x)TeO2-15ZnCl2-xBaO-5NaF (x=30,20,10,0, mol%) are prepared. The mechanical strength performance, thermal properties, Raman spectra, UV absorption spectra and infrared transmission spectra of the samples are investigated. The effects of composition content change on the structure and infrared transmission properties of glasses are investigated by means of Raman scattering. The results show that the transmission in mid-infrared region significantly increases and the IR cut-off shifts towards longer wavelength with increasing BaO, the mechanism is also discussed in the dissertation. It is found that the addition of halide to the glasses and the treatment with pure O2 during melting can effectively decrease of OH-1 ions, and increase the infrared transmittance. The presented oxyhalide tellurite glass is a kind of optical material with high infrared transmission. It exhibits a high transmittance (≥80%) in the Mid-infrared regions and possesses an infrared cut-off edge up to 6.5µm. The ternary TeO2-Nb2O5-YF3 glasses are synthesized and formation range of TeO2-Nb2O5-YF3 glass system is investigated. The density, refractive index, DTA, Raman spectra, UV absorption spectra and Infrared transmission spectra of the samples are tested. The effects of composition content change on the structure and infrared transmission properties of glasses are investigated by means of the tested spectra. The results show that the glass forming ability and thermal stability of the ternary TeO2-Nb2O5-YF3 glass is good. The presented oxyhalide tellurite glass is a kind of optical material with high infrared transmission. It exhibits a high transmittance (80%) in the Mid-infrared regions, Especially there is no evident [OH] absorption bands in the range of 2.8~3.3µm. The fifth section of this dissertation is the conclusion. The conclusion systemly summarizes the result and discussion of all experiments.
