中文摘要论文分为六章.第一章为文献综述,其中包括光纤激光器及放大器的历史,掺Yb光纤激光器的应用及相关理论,此外还详细介绍了掺Yb介质激光器自身的特点,光纤激光器泵浦方式的介绍,以及拉曼放大器的几项关键技术和国内外相关研究情况的发展;第二章对模拟研究基于的理论模型进行了推导及分析;第三章研究了在对泵浦光无反射限制情况下,采用多点泵浦方式,基于放大自发发射的光纤中正反向激光分布.这里分别采用两端面正反向泵浦和沿光纤分布三点泵浦来加以细致分析.第四章研究了在对泵浦光有反射限制情况下,基于放大自发发射,多点泵浦方式前提下的正反向激光分布,从而进行进一步的比较及讨论.第五章对高功率双包层光纤激光器实现高效输出的方法进行了分析和前景预测.第六章是对全文的总结.通过该文的研究,我们得出在采用空间多点泵浦方法的前提下,通过改变泵浦源设置,在降低单一泵浦源功率情况下,可以实现高功率泵浦的研究结果.这一点对于在中国现有实验条件下的泵浦方法研究有着重要意义.
英文摘要By adopting dense wavelength division multiplexing (DWDM) technology, optical communications are now shifting to the practical Ultra-high-capacity fiber communication systems. The improvement of fiber technology has connected the 1300nm wavelength band and 1550nm wavelength band to a continuum. To realize the long-distance Ultra-high-capacity communication, problems about laser optical source, modulator and amplifier must be resolved. Raman fiber amplifier is becoming a new focus besides the erbium-doped fiber amplifier (EDFA) because it has many advantages in comparison with other amplifiers such as wide spectral bandwidth, free wavelength amplification, distributed amplification, and so on The research on the Raman amplifier was earlier than that on EDFA. But because the technology conditions were not ripe, it developed slowly and almost stayed in a long time, hi the past few years, the development of some key technologies make the Raman amplifier get a new improvement. Among these technologies, high-power pumping source is the key for the Raman fiber amplifier's realizing practices. Among all the possible projects and instruments, the Yb3+-doped double-cladding-fiber (DCF) laser attracts the people's interests and has achieved a great success because of its advantages in many aspects. At present, the ways of pumping of this laser mainly have end-pumping, side-pumping and two-end-pumping. To increase the power of the output, people still strive to ameliorate the pumping conditions. Under this situation, this thesis, based on the numerical analysis, gives a deep study on a new way of pumping in order to realize the high-power pumping. The thesis has six chapters. Chapter one is the review, consisting of the history of fiber lasers and relative theory. In addition, we introduce the characteristics of Yb-doped laser medium, the way of fiber laser pumping, some key technologies of Raman amplifier and relative research situations in our country and foreign countries. Chapter two is the analysis on the theoretical model. Chapter three is the research on the forward and backward laser distribution based on the amplified spontaneous emission (ASE) in fiber, using multiple-pumping technology, without reflection limit on pumping light on the end of the fiber. Chapter four is the research on the forward and backward laser distribution based on the amplified spontaneous emission (ASE) in fiber, using multiple-pumping technology, with reflection limit on pumping light on the end of the fiber. Chapter five is the analysis and forecast on the way of high efficient output for the high-power double-cladding fiber lasers. The last chapter summarizes the work mentioned above. With the research of this thesis, the results that realize the high-power pumping, under the precondition of multiple-pumping technology, by reducing the single pumping source power and changing the pumping setting were reached. This point has an important significance for the researches on the ways of pumping under our country's present experimental conditions.
