中文摘要光纤传感技术是伴随着光导纤维及光纤通信技术发展而另辟新径的一种崭新的传感技术。与传统传感器相比,光纤传感器凭份卜一系列独特的优点广泛应用于城市建设、环境检测、电力系统、航空航天、医药生物化学等领域。其中光纤陀螺仪、电参量传感、干涉仪传感、光纤光栅传感、分布式传感等是最主要的几种光纤传感技术。目前在很多场合下温度已成为月卜常关键的因素,因此都需要用到温度传感器。干涉型和强度型光纤温度传感器因其独特的优点得到迅速的发展。 本文首先对串联长周期光纤光栅的藕合特性及其温度特性进行不讲究,并通过改进使得单长周期光纤光栅实现串联长周期光棚的效应。理论分析影响其干涉谱的因素,并在实验中进行验证和优化。接着我们研究单长周期光纤光栅迈克尔逊干涉仪的温度特性(可达31.3pm/℃),并对其重复性进行检测。最后根据干涉仪的特点,采用布拉格光纤光栅作为固定滤波器对传感信号进行解调,其灵敏度为0.26uw/℃。 本文的创新之处在于:1.分析并模拟这种结结构的影响因素及影响程度;2.传感头采用普通光纤,可测高温,避免了紫外写入的光纤光栅由于传感温度高而出现的退火效应。 整个传感系统具有结构简单,成本低廉,灵敏度和线性测量范围灵活可调等优点,可望在温度传感方面得到应用。
英文摘要Optical fiber sensing technology is becoming a new sensing technique with the development of optical fiber and liber communication. Compared with common sensors, optical fiber sensors have a lot of advantages and broad application in civil building, environment measure, power systems, avigation. medication and biochemistry. The primary sensing technology is including fiber gyroscope, electric parameter, interferometer, fiber grating and distributing sensing. Now temperature, a very crucial factor in many situations, makes the temperature sensors indispensable. Fiber temperature sensors of interference and intensity' types have been rapidly developed for their particular advantages. This paper has studied the coupling and temperature characteristics of a pair of long period fiber grating (LPFG) and improved a single LPFG structure with the ability of LPFG in series. Through the theoretical analysis of the influent factors of interference spectrum the structure has been validated and optimized. Then we have studied the temperature characteristic of single LPFG Miehelson interferometer which can be reached to 31.3pm/°C and proved its repetition in experiment. Finally, we have used fiber Bragg grating as the fixed filter to demodulate the sensing signal and achieved the sensibility of 0.26uw/°C. The innovations in the present work are: 1 .the influent factors of this Structure and their extent have been analyzed and simulated: 2.the sensing head has adopted common liber, which can endure high temperature and avoid ultraviolet fiber grating beening erased in high temperature. The whole system, which is simple, low cost and flexibly adjustable in sensitivity and linear range, is expected to be used in temperature sensing.
