中文摘要基于啁啾脉冲放大(CPA)和光学参量放大(OPA)相结合的光学参量啁啾脉冲放大(OPCPA)是近年来超短激光脉冲放大的新方向,并有希望进一步提高超短超强激光的峰值功率。本研究生毕业论文工作研究了超短超强激光技术中所涉及的若干基础物理问题,重点是BBO晶体的光参量放大过程特性的研究。刘一超短超强激光系统中的B积分传输变化规律也做了理论分析。概括起来,主要成果如下:1.进行了BBO晶体非共线光参量放大特性的研究,包括: l)模拟计算了在不同非共线夹角下,BBO晶体的I类和II类相位匹配时的角度调谐曲线。2)通过对I类和II类相位匹配下的增益谱分布的比较,发现H类匹配具有非常窄的增益带宽。并在其参量带宽的模拟计算中得到了证实。提出了以BBOll类相位匹配为基础来研究窄线宽的OPO,拓宽了BBO晶体在光参量放大技术中的用途。3)数值模拟了II类相位匹配下转换效率随晶体长度的变化,抽运光脉冲和信号光脉冲的时间不同步以及初始脉冲形状对转换效率的影2.通过对非线性薛定谔方程的求解。数值以了几种介质的B积分在传输过程中的变化。并分析了B积分对光的波形和频潜的影响。3.用几何光学法给出了单光栅展宽器的色散,对单光栅展宽器的设计进行了优化。
英文摘要Optical parametric chirped pulse amplification combines both the CPA and OPA technology, which is a new direction for the amplification of the ultra-short pulse, and will improve the peak power of the ultra-intense and ultra-short laser. This paper mainly works on several basic problems of the ultra-intense and ultra-short pulse, including: 1. The noncollinear optical parametric amplification in BBO crystal is theoretically investigated 1) Working out the phase matching angle for both type- I and type- II BBO. 2) Comparing the shape of gain spectrum for type- I and type- II phase matching, which shows BBO type- II phase matching has very narrow gain bandwidth. This is confirmed in the numerical simulation of type- II parametric bandwidth. 3) The dependence of parametric conversion efficiency on the crystal length is simulated in type- II case. The influence of the non-synchronization and the shape of the incident pulse on the conversion efficiency are also discussed in type- II case. The conversion efficiency of OPA has a maximum (25%) correspond to the optimized crystal length and synchronization. 2. Through solving the nonlinear Schrodinger equation, the variation of B integral with the propagation of several mediums is numerically simulated. The effect of Bintegral on the wave shape and the spectrum of the optical pulse is theoretically analyzed. 3. The group velocity delay of single-grating stretcher is given with geometric optics method, and the design of single-grating stretcher is optimized.
