中文摘要激光脉冲整形就是运用各种方法控制随时间变化的激光强度,得到需要的脉冲波形。它对于激光惯性约束核聚变具有十分重要的意义,它是在地球上实现激光热核反应的必要条件之一。激光脉冲的形状对靶丸内爆的动力学过程有直接影响,通过激光脉冲整形可以控制和减小Ray1eigh-tay1or不稳定的增长,这是激光核聚变的主要问题,激光脉冲的整形还可以提高激光能的利用效率。目前已经发展了几种有效的脉冲整形技术。光开关是波分复用(WDM)光网络中的关键元件,光开关可以用来实现网间交叉互联(OXC),光信号上下载路(OADM),以及波长变换。光开关可分为声光开关、热光开关、液晶光开关、MEMS光开关和全光开关。和其他类型的光开关相比,全光开光具有响应速度快的显著特点,是最有发展潜力的光开关。本文对激光脉冲整形技术和全光开关进行了综述,创造性的提出了一种基于光纤环形境的全光脉冲整形器。该全光脉冲整形器利用波分复用器将控制光脉冲引入光纤环形镜中,控制光脉冲山于交叉相位调制在信号光上产生了非线性附加相移。信号光在拙合器中发生干涉,经过整形的信号光脉冲即从脉冲整形器的出射端出射,信号脉冲的波形由非线性附加相移决定。实验中,利用对控制脉冲光谱整形和l周啾展宽的方法来对控制脉冲进行时间脉冲整形。该全光脉冲整形器实现了对单纵模激光的脉冲整形,同时实现了飞秒脉冲和单纵模整形脉冲的精确同步。钧理论上数值计算了该全光脉冲整形器的输出特性,理论计算结果和实验结1l果相一致。该全光脉冲整形器为"快点火"实验提供了一条可能的技术途径。
英文摘要The Laser Pulse Shaping is to obtain a desirable pulse waveform. It is realized by all means to control the variation of light intensity versus time. It is significant for Inertial Confining Fusion(ICF). Laser pulse with proper shape to drive targets is absolutely necessary for realization of thermal fusion reaction on the earth. The shape of laser pulse affects target pellet implosion dynamics directly. By pulse shaping ,the increasment of Rayleigh-Taylor unstability can be reduced and controlled ,which is a main problem in ICF. And the utilization efficiency of laser energy can be improved by way of pulse shaping. Some effective laser pulse shaping technologies have been developed so far. Optical switches are the key devices of WDM optical networks. Optical switches can be used to achieve OXC , OADM and wavelength switching. Optical switches are divided into acoustooptic switch> thermo-optic switch^ liquid crystal optical switchu MEMS optical switch and all-optical switch. All-optical switches are promising switches with remarkable short response time compareing with other type of optical switches. This paper stated and evaluated several laser pulse shaping technologies and all-optical switches, proposing a novel all-optical pulse shaper based on nonlinear optical loop mirror. Control pulse is coupled into this pulse shaper by wavelength division multiplexer .Nonlinear phase shift of signal laser is induced by control pulse because of cross phase modulation. Signal laser interferes in fiber coupler, then shaped signal pulse transmits from output port of this pulse shaper. Signal pulse's waveform is determined by the profile of the nonlinear phase shift. In this experiment, control pulse is temporary pulse shaped by spectrum shaping and chirped stretching, and single- longitudinal-mode laser is successfully pulse shaped in this all-optical pulse shaper, what's more, precise synchronization between femtosecond pulse and single- longitudinal-mode shaped pulse is achieved. The output property of this pulse shaper is numerically analyzed in theory, and the results are same as experimental ones. This all-optical pulse shaper provides a potential technical method for "fast ignition" experiment.
