中文摘要随着半导体激光的应用日益广泛,对相应的驱动电源的要求也越来越多样化,同时具备数据处理、状态监测、故障诊断和输出控制能力的智能化半导体激光电源成为半导体激光电源发展的新方向。本文以AMD-PDT治疗仪激光电源和LD泵浦固体激光器电源为研制目标,使用单片机作为系统控制核心,着重研究了智能化半导体机激光电源的构成和实现。全文共分为三部分,第一部分为智能化仪器的概述部分,详细的介绍了智能化仪器的发展、原理和特点;第几部首先介绍半导体激光器的工作特性,包括半导体激光器的输出光功率、光谱、工作温度和注入电流的相互关系:然后介绍般半导体机激光器电源的构成原理,最后逐步总结出智能化半导体机激光电源的模型:第三部分为智能化半导体激光电源的实现部分,第四章详细分析了AMD-PDT治疗仪控制电源的硬件设计和软件编程:在硬件设计部分中,重点分析了仁导体激光器的驱动电路和仪器的人机交互界面-液晶显示屏和触摸屏的工作原理:在软件编程部分中,对软件的整体模块进行了分析,并且详细的解释主要硬件的编程:第万章简单的介绍了LD抽运电源的原理,并具体分析了电源的厂作过程以及电源输出电流的频率特性。
英文摘要With the application of laser-diode become more widely, the request of its power supply also become more diversified, The intelligentized laser diode power supply, which is capable of data-processing, state-monitoring, exception-diagnosing and output-controlling, turns into a new direction of laser diode power supply. The research and making of an AMD-PDT therapy instrument and a power supply of the LD-pumped solid laser are acted as the objection in this thesis. By using the MCU as the core of system-controlling, the thesis put the emphasis on the studies of the constitute and realization of the intelligentized laser diode power supply. The Whole thesis is divided into three parts. The first part is a summarize of intelligentized instrument, in which intelligentized instrument's development, principle and peculiarity are introduced in detail. In the second part, the laser diode's characteristics, which include the relationship among laser diode's output power, spectrum, temperature and current, is introduced firstly . Secondly, the principle of constitute of a common laser diode power supply is also introduced: Finally, a model of the intellgentized laser diode power supply is summed up gradually The third part is the realization of the intelligentized laser diode power supply. In chapter 4. hardware-designing and software-programming of the controlled power supply of the AMD-PDT therapy instrument are analyzed in detail: the principles of the driver circuit of laser diode and the instrument's interface between user and machine, which include liquid crystal display and touch screen, are the emphasis in the part of hardware-designing; In the part of software-programming, the whole module of the power supply is analyzed, and the mostly hardware's programming is explained in detail .too. In chapter 5. the principle of the laser diode pumped power supply is introduced in brief, meanwhile, the power supply's work process and the frequency characteristic of the output current is also analyzed.
