中文摘要本报告制备出了无裂纹的纳米微孔玻璃片,在此基础上对纳米微孔玻璃复合发光材料以及掺稀土离子氟化物玻璃进行了研究和探讨,获得了一些有意义的结果。通过对硼硅酸钠玻璃(NaO-B2O3-SiO2)组成的选择和熔炼条件的摸索,制备出稳定均匀的玻璃,然后将玻璃加工成片状,将片状玻璃在590-620 0C下进行24小时的热处理使之分成两相,一相为富硼酸钠,另一相为富二氧化硅,然后将分相的玻璃在90 0C的恒温盐酸或硫酸和氯化按混合溶液中保持3-7天,分相玻璃中的富硼酸钠相将浸蚀掉,留下二氧化硅骨架以及许多相连的纳米微孔,便得到了纳米微孔玻璃。
英文摘要In this report, non-cracking nanoporous glasses have been prepared successfully. Based on which, impregnation of luminescent materials and rare-earth doped fluoride glasses into the nanoporous glass and their spectral properties have been investigated. Some interesting results have been obtained. The preparation of qualified sodium borosilicate glass was correlated with the glass composition (NaO-B2O3一SiO2) and the conditions of melt-cooling process. The qualified glass was cut into pieces and polished. The polished pieces were put into an electric furnace in a heat treatment at 590-620 0C for 24 hours and the glass composition phase. The will separate into two phases: a silica rich phase and alkali boric oxide rich phase-separated glass acid (or sulfuric acid) pieces were then etched in a mixture solution of and ammonium chloride at a temperature of 90 0C for 3-7 days. After this process, the alkali boric oxide rich phase will be etched out and left a framework of silica phase with a lot of interconnected nanometer pores inside. Such a glass is called a nanoporous glass.
