中文摘要飞秒强激光与物质相互作用是当今科学研究领域的重要前沿方向之一。这方面的研究对于开拓相对论性强非线性物理和光学的研究,并在实验室天体物理及激光惯性约束核聚变(ICF)、小型化激光粒子加速器、台式核聚变及中子源、X射线激光等诸多领域都有重要应用。本文介绍了上海光机所强光光学实验室基于23TW台式飞秒激光装置上的强激光与气体及团簇相互作用实验研究平台的设计与建立。由于飞秒强激光的超短脉冲和超高强度的特性,为了能够更有效地获得超强激光打靶功率密度,我们建设了激光真空传输管路,基于离轴抛物面反射镜的聚焦系统,脉冲气体和团簇靶,以及实验平台的同步系统。在实验诊断方面,发展完善了Thomson散射和受激拉曼散射测量系统、啁啾频谱干涉仪、飞行时间谱仪和超热电子离子相关谱仪等相关测量设备,为深入开展飞秒强激光与等离子体的强非线性以及与团簇相互作用的实验工作奠定了基础。
英文摘要The femto-second intense laser一matter interaction is one of the most important science branches and of great interest. Relativistic nonlinear plasma psics and optics arises in such high intensity interaction, and will play a key role in prospect applications of Inertia Confinement Fusion CF, table-top particle accelerator, table-top fusion or neutron source, X-ray laser and laboratory astronomy. In this paper, it is introduced the experimental platform based on 23TW table-top femto-second laser facility in the Lab for High Intensity Optics in Shanghai Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics. Due to the character of ultra-short duration and high intensity of femto-second laser pulses, in order to reach ultra-high focusing intensity in experiments, we constructed vacuum optical tube for short laser pulses propagating in, a focusing system made of ofd axis parabolic mirror, pulsed gas or cluster targets and the synchronization time control system. Various experimental diagnostic setup was developed and improvement had been made according to the research necessity, such as: system of Thomson scattering and Stimulated Raman scattering chirped pulse spectral super-hot electron-ion interferometer, flight time spectrum particle measureme analyzer, and correlation spectrometer. Great experimental investigations in laser-matter interactions can be taken on such basic efforts.
