中文摘要 | 中红外激光在军事对抗、遥感、光谱学和环境监测方面都有重要的应用,光学参量振荡器是产生中红外激光输出一种重要的方法,而掺Tm3+激光材料.是产生2 um激光重要的增益介质。论文围绕提高中红外全固态激光器输出特性的目标展开研究工作,首先全面介绍了中红外激光的重要应用和产生方法,以及光学参量振荡器的基本原理,侧重分析基于PPMgLN中红外光学参量振荡器的调谐特性的理论模拟。同时对几种产生中红外激光的理论和实验进行了研究,包括不同泵浦源的技术研究。 |
英文摘要 | Mid-IR lasers have many important applications, such as military countermeasure, remote sensing, spectrum and environmental monitoring. Optical parametric oscillator (0P0) is an important method to obtain mid-IR laser, and Tm3+ doped laser material is an important medium to generate 2 um laser. In this research, in order to increase the laser output of all solid state Mid-IR laser, the applications of mid-IR laser and methods to obtain mid-IR laser were introduced and the basic principle of OPO mid-IR OPO was was also presented. And the tuning characteristics of PPMgLN particularly analyzed by theoretical simulation. Besides, several theories and experiments on mid-IR laser were studied, including the research of different pump source technology. |
