中文摘要在伦琴发现X射线后的100多年,对非周期性结构的物体成像依然是基于X射线波前振幅吸收效应的。随着X射线同步辐射光源和X射线自由电子激光的研究进展,基于X射线波前位相信息的非周期性结构物体X射线成像技术取得了大量的进展。从吸收成像到位相成像是X射线成像技术发展史上的首次原理性革命,极大的提高了成像分辨率。但当空间分辨率趋近波长时,必须考虑辐射场的量子波动特性。相对于传统光学成像技术通过记录辐射场的光强分布获取物体的图像信息,量子成像是通过测量辐射场的高阶空间关联函数来得到物体的图像,在理论上可以具有大大超越经典光学系统的成像能力。
英文摘要For non-periodical objects in radiography, absorption-based imaging principle has remained essentially unchanged since Rontgen first discovered x-ray over a hundred years ago. With the development of synchrotron radiation and x-ray free electron laser, many x-ray imaging techniques for non-periodical objects based on wave phase information have been provided. The progress from absorption imaging to phase imaging is the first principle revolution in x-ray imaging technology, resulting in great improvement of imaging resolution. But when spatial resolution approaches wavelength, quantum fluctuations of optical field must be considered. Compared with classical imaging systems recording intensity distributions of light to get image information, quantum imaging techniques measure the high-order spatial correlation functions to obtain object information.
