英文摘要generation of intense terahertz (thz) radiation requires an efficient method to determine the field intensity with a wide range of intensity response and accuracy. a new scheme is proposed to extend the limited response range of available time-domain spectroscopy measurement. the method applies two pieces of thin znte crystals with a fixed angle between the (001) axes. at the optimized angle, the linear response range of the thz field can reach 31 mv/cm.
